This Week in the Charts - 14th September, 2026

This week in the charts we have debuts from Laura T Davis, Ups and Downs, Angus & Julia Stone, Dan Sultan, The Colliflowers, Amyl and The Sniffers, Natalie Imbruglia, Chapter Music, The Beefs, Mietta, Grace Mitchell,  & Third Eye / Psy-Harmonics.

Laura T Davis debuted at #1 on the 100% Independent Singles chart & #2 on the Independent Label Singles chart with ‘Travel Back Home’,

Ups and Downs took out #5 & #10 with ‘Radio Is Dead - EP’,

Angus & Julia Stone followed securing #11 on the Independent Label Singles chart with ‘The Cherry Farm - EP’ .

Rounding out the singles debuts was Dan Sultan securing #16 on the 100% Independent Singles chart with ‘There’s A River’  & The Colliflowers took out #18 with ‘Arizona’.

On the Independent Label Albums Chart Angus & Julia Stone debuted at #1 with their new album ‘Karaoke Bar’ & Amyl and the Sniffers took out #2 with ‘Truth or Consequence (Live from El Coyote)’.

Natalie Imbruglia took out #2 on the 100% Independent Albums chart & #7 on the Independent Label Albums chart with ‘Algorithm’,

‘Can't Stop It! II - Australian Post-Punk 1979-100’ a release from Chapter Music took out #3 & #9, ‘The Great Rarier Beef’ from The Beefs secured #4 & #10.

Mietta entered the charts for the very first time securing #11 on the 100% Independent Albums chart with the pre-release of their album ‘When The Water Stills’, Grace Mitchell took out #19 with ‘Daughter Of The King’ & Third Eye ‘The Journey’ from Psy-Harmonics took out #20.
